There will be 17 days of pure bliss for foodies as the city sees some amazing food and deals being cooked up.

Dubai Restaurant Week: 25th February to 5th March 2016
Admission Fee: AED 189
This event will include menus from the 30 best fine-dining restaurants in the city. This your opportunity to have a taste of some of the best dishes made by renowned restaurants in Dubai at an incredible price of AED 189. Masterclasses at Dubai Food Festival: 25th February to 12th March 2016
If you are a passionate cook and have watched all the master chef’s cook some mouthwatering dishes on TV or on their shows, here is your chance to learn from the masters themselves! You can get a taste of their culinary genius and learn from their expert tips. The very best on the culinary world have gathered at Dubai Food Festival to offer their priceless tips and techniques to food lovers of Dubai. Whether you are looking to pick up some new skills, discover new tastes or treat someone to the best fare, this is the perfect event lined up for you at the Dubai Food Festival. Some classes to look forward to:
Cook with Roland Puse from Coya- 8th March 2016 (5-6.30 PM at SCAFA)
Roland Puse is a chef at Coya Dubai which is a Peruvian restaurant and offers multi-dimensional dining experience and has a Latin American flair. You can enjoy a hands-on cooking session with the master chef where Puse will explain thoroughly the steps for deboning the fish for making ceviche. All the required equipment as well as ingredients will be provided to the students. Students can take their finished dish home to share with their family.

Cook with Himanshu Saini from Tresind- 9th March (5-6.30 PM at SCAFA)
Prior to becoming the head chef at Tresind, Himanshu Saini had trained under some of the best chefs of Indian cuisine. He went on to earn numerous awards.
You can have a hands-on session with Himanshu as he introduces students to his artistic take on progressive Indian cuisine. He will give an opportunity to students to learn his two signature dishes, namely, Curry Leaf Pepper Prawn and Wild Mushroom Chai. All the required ingredients and equipment will be provided. You can ask questions and learn tricks from chef Saini as you prepare the delectable dishes.
