Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa is one of the latest resorts in Sharjah, which opened at the end of 2015. Located on Al Muntazah Street, Sharjah, 10 km from Sharjah Aquarium and minutes away from Sahara Centre, Museum of Islamic Civilization and Sharjah Airport, it is an ideal place to enjoy the sunshine on the beach. It is a new building and a well designed 5-star hotel resort.

It was my pleasure to review this new resort for our readers. I would like to specially thank Ines Drauschke, the Director of Marketing and Marwa Fechtani for their hospitality.

The check in process was really easy and the staff were excellent from Check In to Room Service, every body had a big warm well coming smile on their face and were on their toes to make their guests feel comfortable. It seemed all their staff were excited to see their guests and were more than happy to help out as much as they could to make their guests stay comfortable.
I was already very impressed and pleased with the service the resort provides, however I was stunned when I finally entered my suite. After reviewing so many hotels and resorts in the UAE, I must admit I never had this fine experience anywhere else. Upon entering, on my left, there was a spacious living room with a LED TV, and spotless furniture. Also to my surprise, I had a very sweet welcoming note waiting for me with a bunch of goodies including cookies and traditional sweets (I loved them).

Along with the living room there was a balcony with stunning views of the resort swimming pools and of the Arabian sea. Seating arrangements in the beautiful balcony made it possible for me to work on my laptop while I had stunning stunning views in front of me.
On my right side of the suite, there was a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a throne style chair to relax and watch TV. The bedroom had its own LED TV with a small desk to work. All the rooms had big windows to allow sunlight, gracefully covered with beautiful curtains. The interior of the suite was decorated with beautiful paintings and decorations, which made my stay even more memorable. Another thing which you find rarely in hotels was availability of IPhone/IPod Dock which explains that every effort is made to make your stay as comfortable and personal at this resort as possible.
In the middle of the suite was the huge bathroom where everything was clean and organized, with two showers and three wardrobes, the bathroom area was huge. My room was so comfortable that I just wanted to enjoy it alone, instead of going and visiting what else this resort has to offer.
Coming out of the rooms there were corridors decorated with beautiful artwork and lightening.
Coming to the facilities the resort has to offer; firstly, the resort has an astonishing kids club where your little ones can enjoy themselves. Beautiful swimming pools and poolside decks and loungers add more beauty to the resort and also they have got a fully equipped fitness center with a very friendly instructor too!

The white sand beach is also very well maintained and they offer PLENTY of sports activities including Parasailing, gliding, and many other water sports facilities, there is something for everyone!
The exclusive club lounge is a great place to enjoy the complimentary snacks for the club lounge members with stunning Arabian sea views.
Talking about food, I had dinner at Arjwan restaurant which serves traditional Emarati food. I have tried many other places before as well, however I must say the food at this place was 10/10 and on top of that excellent service (Thanks to the restaurant staff) and the perfect ambiance was a huge bonus.
My review would be incomplete without mentioning Marasea restaurant, which offers Sea Food with stunning restaurant ambiance and inside and outside dining facility. ( Once again, amazing Sea Views). Moreover, if you want more privacy you can host a family dinner in a separate room and enjoy your meal with your family.
Gusti is an International cuisine restaurant and offers some great pasta dishes.
There is also a cigar lounge, which offers live sports events and a great place to sit down and have a smoke.
I was amazed when I saw the gaming room, where you can enjoy playing different games on Gaming PC, Xbox, PlayStation… You can also enjoy playing table football and Billiards! In fact, the Sheraton Sharjah gaming room is every gamers dream, If I ever hosted a gaming competition I would definitely choose the Sheraton Sharjah for the venue.
Talking about venue’s, Sheraton Sharjah could be your perfect wedding venue as well. With a huge bridal suite and changing room facilities with a 360 view of yourself in mirrors, it is a dream destination for every bride.
For hosting conferences and events, Sheraton Sharjah has very spacious options, and a variety of rooms available for you as per your seating requirements, with multiple conference halls.
For business meetings and Majlis, they have separate and elegant facilities available based on your needs, with all kinds of equipment you could need available at your leisure.
To my conclude the review, It was one of the toughest reviews I have done so far, as there was so many things available at the resort that I find it hard to transfer all my feelings and my experience from my brain to words. I always try to add not only pros but cons as well in my reviews however it is the first review where even after trying my best I couldn’t find anything which I could add in cons. The food, facilities, experience, customer service… Everything was more than expected. Special attention is given to every detail, which makes the stay at Sheraton Sharjah resort one of the memorable ones and without a doubt I would say you would definitely love every minute you spend in this resort.
