With colourful decorations evoking South American street festivals, guests are transported all the way across the globe to sample tasty bites from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Guatemala, Chile, Venezuela and Cuba.
Prepared by the hotel’s native Mexican chef, the buffet boasts an array of exciting dishes offering the ultimate foodie experience. Visitors get to enjoy delicious appetisers and salads such as Esquites (Mexican corn salad), Ceviche (salad mixed with seafood and vegetables), Ajiaco (potato and chicken soup from Colombia) and Mexican lentil soup with plantains.

For the main event, guests can tuck into Arepa (corn pockets with savoury fillings), Choripán (chorizo sausage sandwich from Argentina), Anticucho (meet skewers from Peru), Feijoada (Brazilian meat & bean stew) as well as ribs, sausages and a variety of tacos. Brought to the new world by Lebanese immigrants, Chicken Al Pastor is Mexico’s take on the Arab world’s favourite shawarma. Asado Negro is a Venezuelan delicacy of juicy, slow-cooked meat in a sweet, dark sauce filled with flavor and irresistible aroma. While many would associate Latin cuisine with spicy flavours, the buffet actually offers a wide selection of dishes suited to everyone’s taste.
